In 2027, the Holy Compostelan Year (Año Santo Compostelano) will once again be celebrated. The last Holy Year took place in 2021. This special event, also known as the Xacobeo, occurs whenever July 25th - the Feast Day of Saint James the Apostle falls on a Sunday.

The journey is an individual one, and exploration of the Galician culture and country side the enjoyment of tranquility.
